Banking confidentiality abused

Today my family members got a call from the bank saying I owe an outstanding amount of R600 . Instead of contacting me as it's my account they felt it's justified to speak to anyone they can get ahold of. For this, I will close all my bank accounts and they have lost a customer for life. I will also be getting my entire family away from first national bank as I don't think their confidentiality applies to their clients. From me to you guys here's a big thumbs down! Tomorrow I will be closing my bank accounts. I feel betrayed and unsafe. Who have the person the rights to pass a message along? Don't they have my cell number? My work number? I will be taking this beyond hello peter. This is the first post. I will be reporting to cart blanch and many others
