As a previous complaint about this, that I went into the bank to change my telephone number. Then later when I tried to do internet banking, I couldn't as the number was not changed here. I had to go back into the bank to tell the teller to again update my cell no. everywhere required. To find out that I am receiving no messages when money goes off from my other accounts that is linked to the primary account. SO HOW MANY TIMES AM I GOING TO HAVE TO GO INTO THE BANK TO GET THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS CHANGED. HOW INCOMPETENT ARE THE STAFF THAT THEY CAN NOT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY & DON'T LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS EITHER??? It is unacceptable to have to go 3 times to the bank to change a telephone number.
