I lodged a claim after the storm of 28/11/2/13 on 29/12/13 and was promised assessors within 48hrs. To date no one came or called. I made continuous follow ups and empty promises followed upon one another. Yesterday a Legal adviser was blatantly told that assessors had gone to my house on Tuesday. Another lie. It continues to rain and my property continues do be damaged. My children's beds were wet lat night. Our clothes are wet in the cupboards. The lights in the bedroom, kitchen and toilet are damaged. Holes are all over the roof.^ windows broken. No gutters. Toilet was flooded in the middle of the night. We are using electricity at our own risk. It has been 14days and NOTHING comes through. I am now taking a limp and borrowing money to at least fix the roof before the ceiling falls on us or the electricity bursts on us.
