Getting old statements

This will be the last time I will be complaining, as MFC will have to get it right this time!!

What the heck is going on? I ask for monthly statements, still nothing! I get a statement for the period 05/06/2013 to 05/07/2013 dated 23 September 2013!!!

This is ridiculous!!!

I have now had it with MFC. Rectify this immediately please! This happens when you employ incompetent people.
