Since having my account upgraded, it has brought me nothing but painful experiences.
Right after the upgrade of the account the the incorrect credit card was linked to my account and had a limit of 0. This took days to resolve and had to revisit the branch.

My current issue is the fact that my credit card has expired without any notification. Following my discovery after attempting to use it for an online purchase, I phoned standard bank who informed me that there weren't sure why the card had not be re-ordered and I requested that they call me Monday morning explaining the situation and requested that the card be re-ordered. I received no phone call and to my amazement when phoning the call center on Thursday, they informed me that the card had still not been re-ordered and that I won't be receiving it on Friday as promised and only now by the next Thursday, which does not suit me at all as I am going on Holiday before that!!!
