Why am I not surprised - Third party claim pain!

I'm expecting feedback from this Carol soul at Budget regarding repairs for my car. Not sure how Budget operates but every time I call in I speak to a different consultant who gives me their word Carol will get back to me. Well in the past 3 weeks Carol has only called me once and even when she called me it was obvious she got the wrong end of the stick because she was calling to arrange that I take my car for assessment and to her surprise I had already taken my car to Status Panelbeaters. I have spoken to Kedumetsi, Kelly, Elana, Kgomotso, Precious and last week spoke to Earl who promised I will have feedback before today. Guess what? Carol still hasn't called me, probably sleeping on the job again. Will someone please wake her up and tell her to call me and she must have her facts correct this time not like the last time.
