Poor after sale service

On 02/12/2012 my husband and I purchased a desk, sideboard and shelf from @home Sandton City. We were serviced by a decor consultant named Carol. We paid for the furniture in full and were promised delivery latest by early January 2013. On 20th December 2012 we received only the shelf with no further explanation. I contacted the store to enquire about the remainder of the furniture. I was told that Carol was unable to take my call and would call me back. I received no response and called the store a second time. I was once again told that Carol could not take my call. I was eventually contacted by another sales consultant who responded to my query by saying that the furniture was out of stock but they were expecting the delivery soon. On 27/12/2012 I received the desk again with no explanation regarding the missing sideboard. My husband contacted the store and once again Carol was unable to deal with our enquiry. We were told by a sales consultant that there was a delay in receiving the stock and we were meant to have been contacted by @home. However we received no feedback regarding this matter. To date we have not received our sideboard and have had no feedback from @home.
