So disapointed at MiWay

I got stuck on sunday the 4th of August at Nelspruit while driving back to Pretoria from Bushbuckridge. I called MiWay for assistance and i was happy with regards to the manner in which they speedily arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the nearest VW in Nelspruit and the manner in which they speedily arranged a courtesy car for myself and my family from Europ cars. However, a problem arose today (06 August) when my account was debited an amount of around R 1.5 by Europ cars for non payment of the rented vehicle by Miway.

I am so broke as my last money got deducted and the fact that upon receiving the rental car we had to pay R750 security fee. I mean the way I UNDERSTOOD things is that Miway has an obligation to pay for the hired car that i am currently using for a specific period of time not for a single day as they did???

I mean my understanding was that i will use the provided car until my car is fixed at Nelspruit, and i will then drive back to Nelspruit to leave the rented car and collect my one since the problem will be fixed within 7 days?? Correct me if i'm missing something here, i pay for courtesy car and why should my account be now deducted for the use of this ca
