Discovery Insure

I had a policy with Discovery Insure.
I sent them an email cancelling my policy on the 3rd November 2013, they never cancelled but carried on deducting.
They called me and asked me a few questions. I had asked them for a refund. They said they never received my email, which I included on the email so they could see the communications.

Today, I checked my bank account and they deducted a premium from my account again.
This has now been two months with them not cancelling my policy.

This is not the service I was promised
