Nedbank
1hour and 20 minute wait!!!

I was at Nedbank Randridge Mall at 9 am on the dot this morning to obtain 6 months bank statements. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes Everytime I spoke to someone I was told the systems were slow and could I not come back later or I would just have to wait!! This is completely unacceptable and shocking service.
