I called in twice yesterday after spending 60bucks on air time i still did not get a chance to speak to a consultant to process my claim, both times i left my name an number and still waiting for response i even went as far as trying to process the claim online and got an error message after attempting to do so even that message said that a consultant will call you back, but still no response.
