I got lured into signing up with FNB because of their apparent easy registration process. Most innovative bank? Yeah right... There is not enough space here to explain all my frustration.
I started the process more than 2 weeks ago, but I wish I never did. Here is a summary of my experience:

1) I signed up for a business account online. I received an error message on the last step. I tried two more times, but the error message popped up again with a reference number. The message also stated that somebody from FNB would call me.

2) 24 hours later, nobody called. So I called them on the number provided - but they said my reference number was invalid. There was no trace of my registration. I had to repeat all my details again over the phone.

3) I received a reference number to log into the system to upload my documents. More errors!
I had to call again, they informed me that I could just email the docs. (They could have mentioned that with the error)

4) I am waiting for my card to be delivered. I arrange to be home at a specific time, but the couriers missed the appointment. I have called 5 times today - every time they promise to call me back in a few mins. They have not!
