Disgusted at how standard bank treats their presti

I applied for a home loan 3 weeks ago and still no response. Call centre is unhelpful and refuses to let me speak to management. I've been a client with the bank all my life and now I'm considering moving to another bank. This is the second time around I'm faced with possibly losing the house I've made an offer on. Unacceptable! The last time as well was due to Standard Bank's incompetence resulting in them offering me a 100% bond 3 months after we lost the house!
