Paying still gets you no service

I was a clientel client for close 2 two years. I had a issue that Godfrey attended to. Getting hold of him to follow up (which I had to all the time) became a night mare. I took this problem to his manager as I just didn't understand why it would take up to 3 months for him to get back to me or make contact like he would always promise. Spoke to a antonette and she promised gave me her word the letter they had promised will go out. It took me another several months and could get hold of them. I then desided I had enough and stopped my debit order as I was sure all they doing is taking monthy premiums from people and profided no service, completerly not what desmond dube said. Months later I realised that this letter was never sent out. I called the call centre and was told in a nutshell to go myself I'm no longer a client., when I was paying I was still not treated as a client. This means my money was used for the dogs
