Bad, pathetic service - Unsatisfied client

Attention to Management - I have been a client of the above for so many years, insured my whole family with them - recently I sent them emails more than 3times - no one responding, I had to call their call centre as I was concerned, to my suprise - I was on the phone for 15 minutes holding, all I could hear Desmond Dube voice repeating same thing over and over as you choose different options - as I kept on trying eventually I got to some one and I expressed my frustration - I was told some one would call me and i gave them specific time to get hold of me as I am not always available on phone - as I notice I got a missed call from them but rong time as advised. No one bothered to call me again to do a follow up - I understand its a huge company they might not be able to track every client - but for the fact that i raised my concern with them they should have interest as I am their client - supported them all these years - having trust to them but now I have my doubts and I have lost trust on Clientele - their service is disgusting not up to standard at all - may be they should train more people to focus on follow ups of clients only. I thought I am at a right place to look afte rme
