Harrassing my neighbours

Came home today only to find Michelle from MFC harrassing my neighbours as to my whereabouts. My house number and street name are clearly visible when you enter my road, if i'm not home call me on my mobile but please don't harrass my neighbours and embarrass my family. My payment was due on the 02/12/2013, I paid on the 07/12/2013, not a single call for the MFC call centre but instead they send out staff physically to your home to harrass you personally. Are these guys working on commission or is the bank attempting to recoupe christmas bonuses from there paying clients, or both? Apparently the cost of this personal harrassment is for my account. Nice work MFC, my payment is 5 days late and you send in your goons without a single call to find out if anything's wrong. Absolutely stunning customer service, keep up the great work.
