I am contacted numerous times within a month to find out when I will pay, phoned at work when I am unable to answer my mobile phone... becuase..i am WORKING, as well as SMSed repeatedly. I diligently pay this account on time every, single month and fax through the proof of payment, but yet the harrassment continues! I understand that some systems are automatically set in place, but you are KILLING me!!!

I am yet to receive a statement to confirm on paper what is outstanding. I have just received a SMS telling me that I failed to make payment, after I told an operator on one of the harrassing calls, that I had made payment on the 29th of October 2013 already!! I try to phone like I am told to on the messages, but they cannot take my call at this time.

Stop harrassing people that pay you on time, it's absolutely ridiculous - you waste more of the company's money than anything else! Send my statement ASAP and check your bank statement. Payment was made on the 29th of October 2013. So if you think rationally, it will appear a day or two later on the statement.

I am so fed up, I cannot wait to be rid of this company!!!
