Incompetent who keep harrassing you

I have been harassed by the people from the Identity Retail Group. First they started calling me saying that my account was in arrears. So I explained that I already made an EFT payment earlier in the month and email the proof of payment to them. You would think they would stop phoning and sms-ing. But oh no, even though I had explained that I had already paid the account and sent them the proof of payment, they kept calling (during my work hours as well as after 8pm in the evening) and kept sms-ing. And with every phone call they expect you to go through the whole story again. Why should I do this is I have done everything from my side to send them the proof of payment, it is not my problem if they can't organize things on their side. Even after I phoned them and asked them to stop phoning and sms-ing, they still go on. DO NOT open an account with these people, they will harrass you to no end for no reason.
