MFC refuses to give a payment plan

My account went into arrears around September and I was contacted by Portia Maleka to settle the outstanding amount. I explained that i was not in a position to pay the entire amount but would rather pay the amount over 6 months included on my instalment. She agreed. To my surprise 2 debit orders ran which covered the arrears and left me financially stranded. I had further discussion with her where she then told me that no payment plan would be done. Today she has sent people to repo the vehicle and even though the arrears are going 2 be settled in 3 days she refuses to give allowance to settle the account. I need assistance from someone who actually wants to assist I have paid 60 months of instalments surely i shouldn't be treated like this. Please help.
