I opened a new account. i am a new client please note i come from another bank. i got a call friday 6 December to tell me my card came, i need to sign documents. got to the bank saturday 7 december 10h00. waited for almost 2hours as no one could find my card and was told no one called me. (no who phoned me in the first place on friday). upon investigation the young man discovered that the paper work was in someone's draw hence never logged in the logbook. my card was sent to gugulethu upon investigation by this young man. i spoke to another gentleman who asked me if i wanted a written apology. what must i do with a written apology? frame it? who is going to take responsibility? remember i am a spanking new client. is it worth my while to leave my current bank? JUST A QUESTION??? MY NAME IS CHRISTINA DIANA WILLIAMS - ALSO I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A GOLD CHEQUE CARD AND GOT BLUE!!
