Department has no clue what is going?

Hello Peter

Its been nearly 2 months with the same Case I have logged with Standard Bank. This is my 3rd time writing to you and they still say we will contact you but never do.

What irritates me is that these transactions are all there but instead of them tracking them down and probably use their best Technology (I would hope so) to see who, what and why was my money has gone, I still don't knows.

What kind of a bank is that has a department but yet only deal with card claims. At the end of the day is and as a bank you should be able to assist us customer with regards to different types of cases of. My name is on credit because of my account sitting on a negative for the past month and half. You keep making me go round in circles.

I'm really disappointed at this moment of time and want this sorted out immediately. I want someone to call me and be able to know why transfers were going of my account within this week. This is unacceptable as you putting my life at hold.
