Standard bank your service from 12.00am through to 11.00am has been pathectic. Here's my story. Frustration No. 1. I logged onto [URL Removed] to do an instant money transfer to a relative in Zimbabwe. I executed 2 payments between 11.50pm and 12.10am. With both payments your website failed on me at the final stage, that being the confirmation of payment. As I had received SMS's showing that you took my money I expected there to be no further problems. Not the case. The recipient went to collect the money this morning only to be told that 1 payment was successful and she must contact me to let me know that Standard Bank messed up. Of course you (the bank) didn't see it that way. This leads to Frustration No. 2. I called the instructed number for queries on instant money payments which is the internet banking call centre and had to spend a total of 28 minutes to be put through to the right place which is Instant Money. Your call centre agent Nhlanhla Mnomiya argued with me about the payment based on his limited knowledge and your team leader Asanda Nobotana also argued with me and put me through to a number that cut off before I could speak to anyone. Poor Poor Service.
