Good day.
On Wednessday 25/09/2013 I did an instant money send, then realised after a few minutes that I send the money to an incorrect number. so, I cancelled the transaction which went throught successfully.
Now the problem is that the money for the cancelled transaction is not clearing back into the account. I phone standard bank and instant money on Thursday and I was told that the money takes 48 hous to clear back into the account.
I phoned again this morning and I was told that someone will phone me to logg a call. No bady has contacted me as yet.
I think nobody knows what needs to be done in this case. This instant money service is actually causing the reputation of standard bank. I think standard bank should let go of this service as it is not benefial to the clients. instead its causing frustrations to clients.
Hope this gets resolved soon.
