After issues with my municipality account, I was unable to buy electricity. Prepaid kept me up to date and issued me with the electricity token after my problem was solved. I didn't have to contact them again. They phoned me after two days to enquire if the problem was solved. Great service. I can definitely recommend Prepaid 24
