I purchased R3000.00 Electricity for the month with a low meter at home... 2 hours later no electricity... no token... Went online to "call" Prepaid 24 went on the online chat... was told the vendor in my area is experiencing technical difficulty... why did they not tell me this before the purchase? Then when i tried to ask when the problem will be resolved James Smith left the chat room and you are left without answers... GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!! I will go and buy electricity from the municipality direct as prepaid24 is NOT convenient!!! SPREADING THE WORD!!!
