They say 'Moving Forward' but it sure is that they are not! Instead putting your life at pause.
I have been treated just as "another customer" by Standard Bank. I had a personal query that I had to contact their Credit Recoveries department on 29th November 2013. I spoke to a great gentleman by the name of Paul. He later informed me that, I will get my query attended to & given feedback within 3-5 business day, as it was process. I acknowledged & thanked him.

On the third business day of the query (3 November 2013) I call to check, because this was a very urgent matter but did understand the turn around time.
The agent that I spoke to (forgot her name) told me that my query was not attended to, however it was escalated by Paul on the 29th November 2013 to the Admin department. She then put me on hold for so long that I ran out of units...

PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT, THIS IS BASED ON MY SALARY BEING RETAINED BY THE BANK & I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS THE FUNDS. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT ON ANY OF MY RESPONSIBILITIES.
