Smart Device - No Delivery and No Feedback!

I have just completed paying off a smart device. I received a proactive call from Itumeleng at FNB to offer me another device. I decided on the Iphone 5s Gold and concluded the order on the 18th November 2013 (SellIT Ref: S12013110804102).

I have since followed up with the call centre (0860102970) on several occasions. I even sent a note to a premier banker.

The frustration is that I simply have not received any feedback whatsoever. A call to say that there is no stock and the ETA is... would be wonderful. But no returned call or feedback means poor service on FNB's part.

I have been a loyal FNB customer for many years and enjoy their innovation. But this transaction has disappointed me tremendously!
