This all started with a request for info on Mon 9 Dec last year after I had been waiting for my smart device.
At that stage I received the feedback I was looking for and progress seemed to be made.
I'm now almost 2 months down the line, without the smart device, without any explanation and without any indication on when it may arrive.
I've called the call centre, they've given me news that sounds positive (your device may ship next week, we have a shipment of stock coming in next week, etc) only to have nothing further happen.
This is unreasonable and unfair on me as a CUSTOMER. this cannot be considered a service if it causes more irritation and my requirements are not being met.
