Highly Disparaging Assumption

"Find out more about life cover specifically designed for HIV individuals. Get instant cover of upto R 10mil. Reply..." This was a sms i received from this company, which i find highly disparaging, humiliating and undignifying, Firstly i am not HIV, nor do i need to take insurance, and i would like to know how did you get my details and from where, as i find this co-incides with a recent HIV test i did for insurance purposes, if i am not given proper answers, i have no hesitation in writing up to Insurance Ombudsman, surely even you see something wrong with this sort of marketing
