First For Women Insurance
Unprofessiona!!! and Arrogant!!!

Just received a call centre phone call from "First for women insurance" offering me "life cover" as a "benefit" for always having my premiums up to date. This unprofessional guy tells me he needs to ask me a series of medical questions and then asks me after 6 medical questions, "what is your highest level of education? "
I then answered stating that has nothing to do with my medical details and he hesitates and then responds with "so does that mean you do not want to continue with taking up this life cover?? ". I then responded with "No, you are asking me a question that is not relevant to the questions you initially told me you need to ask... And I will phone in if I am interested in life cover! "

He THEN... Tells me, "Well every place you phone is going to ask you for your highest level of education!! "

In a very RUDE and obnoxious manner does he state the above.

He also says under his breath: " We will see about that!! ".

I am highly disgusted with this uninvited, obnoxious and arrogant phone call I received from first for woman and am at this point considering changing my insurance company if they behave as if they are too smart and treat their clients this way
