Every week another excuse

My husband left his previous employer end of September. Every week he is calling Sanlam to find out when will his provident fund be paid out to him and every week their is something else that they are waiting for. I tried to phone the call centre today but after 30 minutes of holding I gave up. Can someone please assist.
