Worse service i got from any loans bepartment

Well i applied for a personal loan, Every thing went great gave them all the needed documentation even signed the contract being told i was approved for x amount. a day later i was told they want an explanation from my company why there was deductions from my salary. Letter was send in on the 3rd day i was told the consultant Mr L Nkosi had to pull strings to get me approved for this loan and i had to come in and sign A NEW CONTRACT since this one would expire the next day. after my application has been pending in the process for 2 days. This is the worse customer service i received from any bank in south africa. I never had any place with the audacity to tell me there customer service to me is a favor after i applied for there services. I will never never use african bank for anything.
