DISGUSTING SERVICES!!!

I applied for an URGENT loan on the 03/07/2013, all docs were signed and the loan was approved only thing was pending a transfer into my bank account which I told will take a day or two as it was being transferred from a Standard Bank to my FNB account.

Today 12 days later when I called to find out what happenned as the funds did not come through I was told the application expired???

What utter nonsense.

WHose fault is this and why I have to pay the price?

Disgusted with this service, this was the first time I dealt with them and surely will be the last
