Nedbank
Unauthorised debit account

My account was debited by some company called Personalised Systems and Services with R399 early debit. I went to the bank on the 3 Dec and was promised by the end of the day or the following day my money will be back in my account. But all I had was Nedbank debiting R40 more from my account and till today, 9 December I still don't have my money back.
