Unauthorised debit order from my account

On the 2 December 2013 a debit order went off from my ABSA account. Upon inquiry I was told by the bank that this was done from an FNB account. I then phoned the FNB debit order department who informed me that this debit order was made by a company called "Personalised systems and services". I have never before heard of this company or authorised any debit order against my account for the amount of R399.99. I want my money back!!!
