On 2 Dec 2013, R399.99 deducted from my Absa account. ABSA says contact FNB. FNB gave info that debit order is for Personalised Systems and services. Never heard of them before and do not know what the R399.99 is for. Cannot get hold of them by phone. Want my R399.99 back
