Hollard has been debiting my account for the past year for a policy they claim i had taken up. After numerous calls, they still dament that i took a policy with them and they dont bother updating there systems as i find myself constantly explaining to a new person everyday i call. A policy was taken out WITH MY DETAILS AND THEY SEEM TO NOT GIVE A RATS ABOUT THEM TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. I have laid numerous complaints and getting no where with them. I want every single cent that they have taken from me. When i first started following up on this matter they gave me details that werent even mine like cell phone number and home address, surely this should be an eye opener to them that this is not me.

I am extremly disgusted with Hollard always claiming to be best Insurance company out there yet they continue defraudling people. Is this how they do business, i will not rest until i have whats rightfully mine
