Eing robbed, then listed on ITC

Santam policy was cancelled in 2006. They continued to debit an unmonitored account. A second letter of cancellation sent in 2011. More debit orders . then when the debit order is found to be continuing and cancelled they have the Audacity to list me on ITC as a bad payer!!! what a shocker... more than R500 a month for nearly seven years insurance for a house i sold in 2006!!!...and they won't remove this from ITC as they are not sure who does it???
