Santam quickly rectifies an over deduction

We recently had a case where Santam had incorrectly deducted money from our account via debit order for insurance on a vehicle, which vehicle had recently been written off. The debit order had not been cancelled. I emailed Santam to which they responded they would look into the query. I was nicely surprised to see that without further problem, the refund had been made into our account. This took all in all about 2 weeks. Thank you! Compared to Outsurance where I, earlier this year, had a similar problem, expect Outsurance took 2 months to refund the money and that after many calls.
