20 Nov my Credit cd was cleaned out, thousands of Rands. I was 200 kms fm Bela Bela no cash, no card. On 29 Nov, 10am to collect replacement card - branch CLOSED TO BUSINESS - OFF LINE, WET FLOOR NOT DRIED for BUSINESS.
Mamabolo refused any access or assistance even to use a working telephone to resolve the problem. I eventually got help via my daughter & Trudy Cd Div. Mamabolo states, he offered me R100 to assist - I deny. Isaac was slobbering around in SLIPPERS all day - certainly not limping - BANK IMAGE!? I expect a profound apology from him for his arrogance, and lack of management skills.
