Closed branch and telephone numbers dont work

This morning i went to the somerset mall branch of FNB to collect my new cheque card (a i received the sms yesterday). Upon my arrival i see many other people standing there waiting for the bank to open. The trading hours states, the new hours on a Saturday is from 8:30 till 12:30. There is also no sign anywhere that states the bank will be closed for today. An hour later and the the doors are still not open. I tried to phone the call centre and once i got through the machine asked me for my last 8 digits on my card in order for me to proceed. How the must i provide those details when my card was. This si the worst bank ever and i need my card ASAP. I demand that my card be delivered to my door free of charge if not then i will close my personal and my business account with fnb.
