Totally disgusted

So i decide that i want to change my bank account and move from standard bank who i have banked with for years because i see capitec as a great bank. i take my id and proof of residence which i didnt check was for july. so i hop over to cell and get them to print my invoice which is the same thing they send to me, because i told the guy that i was going next door to do this he wont except it as it was not emailed or posted. but its exactly the same document they post to me. He refused and said he cant do so because its also not folded like how it comes in the post. REALLY. So i say ok so if i fold this and go to another capitec will they help and he says yes. dude where did they find you, who trained you. Thank this happened to me earlier i definetly dont see myself banking with people like you who have such a bad attidute. You can keep your business i will take my banking elsewhere. Also if that fool (gabriel read under: Please note he will see that you can emailed statements must be printed and can be used. HOW THE DID YOU BECOME THE MANAGER OF THAT STORE WHEN YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHATS IN YOUR FICA INFO DOCUMENT.
