Unfair account settlement balance

For a while now I have been trying to get a "fair" settlement balance, but to no avail. MFC pointed me to my contract, which I have re-read after almost 3 years and I in turn pointed out to them that a proper affordability assessment was not carried out on my application as can be evidenced in the contract as NONE of my living expenses were recorded. Also I am offering to settle 3 years early, but as things stand now, it looks like this corporate is trying to keep me in debt. Please help because I nothing more than to setlle and move on?!
