There apparently is still service in this country. See this email I sent to [URL Removed] regarding my policy cancellation:

I just want to take this time to say Thank You.

I just received a call from Zaid confirming my cancellation, and was astounded by the professionalism and courtesy received. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He also mentioned that my debit order would not go off tomorrow, cause "it is only fair".
He also confirmed that I would have confirmation in writing within 1 week.

I have to say, I have never received such good service from any other institution.
The quick response time was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I will most definitely recommend your services in future.
