Insurance dont EVER do business with them!!

I tried to cancel my policy, but they cannot transfer you to retentions dept or so they claim. I have dealt with 8 different advisors, sent an email and havea whole lot of reference numbers as proof.i asked numerous times to speak to a manager however they are never available and never get back to you.i am now batteling to get my money back after the policy was cancelled, but guess what MORE EMPTY POMISES AND A WHOLE LOT OF! makes you think...
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU NEVER FALL IN THIS TRAP! THEY ARE CROOCKS STAY FAR FAR AWAY AND IF YOU HEAR THE NAME DISCOVERY... RUN FOREST RUN!!! IF YOU TAKE OUT INSURANCE WITH DISCOVERY YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED, LET DOWN AND RIPPED OFF!!! insurance companies must follow TCF treating the customer fairly, YET AT DISCIVERY THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT MEANS! please read this and remember not to insure with them YOU WILL ONLY BE DISSAPPOINTED!!! ps i am taking this to the ombudsman for short term insurance
