Internet banking frozen again for the 4th

6 weeks ago I opened a ban account with FNB, my internet banking has been frozen 4 times now and I have had to go into the branch 4 times costing me quite a bit of money to take time off work. There is no reason for the profile being locked, and each time I get a run around. I would like someone to unlock my profile or I want FNb to transfer my money out of my account and close it immediately. This is the worst service I have ever received. This is the second Hello Peter complaint the last one I got not a single response from FNB.
