ATM Steals R4500 Cash. Now its my problem???

Yesterday at approximately 17H05 I deposited R4500 into the new Capitec ATM at tygervalley, which I was assured would work just like the FNB ATM's. I put my card in, selected deposit, read the instructions and went proceed. The cash counter opened up and I inserted R4500. It then closed. and displayed "Thank you for using this ATM. Goodbye" and spat my card out. No slip. The screen was then blank for approximately 5 minutes during which I could hear the counting mechanism working, before coming back online and displaying the standard welcome screen.

I called the number and reported the incident immediately at which point they told me it could take up to 3 days to resolve. I told them that this is not acceptable. When I called to enquire regarding the progress today I was told that unless I could provide the exact time down to the second, they could not audit it and they would need to balance the ATM which will take 14 days.

During the entire time no-one else used the ATM and I can give them the time to within 10 minutes. How many reports could it possibly generate for 1 person and 1 transaction. This is not my problem, but Capitec is not helping. I want my Money Back. NOW!!!
