Credit life fee on account with no credit facility

Last week, I paid funds into my account for a debit order of R199.00 and additional funds for whatever bank charges there would be. Absa, first deducted a R13 credit life premium on the account on which i do not have ANY CREDIT facility (i paid my overdraft off years ago) and RETURNED my debit order, because there was 32 CENTS - I REPEAT 32 CENTS SHORT!!! BECAUSE OF A DEBIT FOR CREDIT LIFE - THAT I DO NOT HAVE!!! This is just the final straw in a line of incidents, which has finally forced me to close my account after almost 20 years with Absa. I had my bond with them, various loans and credit cards, and bank charges up to R500 for some months. I am fed up with their total lack of consideration. I feel that over the last few years Absa has totally lost their customer focus. It's almost a zero tolerance approach managed by systems, with no human intervention whatsoever. I want my account closed and all the R13 credit life premiums paid since I paid off my overdraft, to be refunded to me, with any bank charges for returned debits as a result of Absa's charges.
