Bending over backwards?

On a Saturday morning a month or so ago I was sitting inside the roof of my house with water pouring through the ceiling and light fittings and the ceiling board straining under the weight, I called my insurer, Outsurance because they "bend over backwards". The lady said they can register the claim now but can maybe send someone there the Monday. The next time you see that ad with the lady standing in her foyer with water streaming down, and the call centre informing her that they will send a plumber immediately, know that they are lying and hope that you never get stuck near Soekmekaar..
