Refund not in my account

I spoke to 3 consultants from African Bank who confirmed that my money will be deposited in my account yesterday and it was not. I spoke to a lady yesterday who reasured me that my money will be in my account today and its not deposisted. I need my money refunded today or I will take this to the ombudsman. With this kind of service you are going to lose many clients. Please attend my matter ASAP.
